Symposium on Knowledge and Capacity for the Water Sector
The planet is facing a climate crisis and water is at the heart of solutions to that crisis. Capacity development among young people is essential to understand, initiate and implement change for a secure water future. That’s why IHE Delft is highlighting the need to empower the new generation of water experts at its 2-4 July International Symposium on Knowledge and Capacity Knowledge and Capacity in the Water Sector.

Location: Hybrid (IHE Delft & online)
Participants will analyze how these changes impact knowledge and capacity strengthening, especially in relation to the new generation water and sanitation professionals, and investigate how knowledge and capacity strengthening can further contribute to water-related improvements. The Symposium will also assess how these developments alter the landscape of knowledge and capacity strengthening in the water sector - and what that means to the way capacity strengthening is organized and implemented.
